Mcdonalds drive through of urology. No compassion, no explanation of the issues, 4 min of dic time, and he was irritated when i asked questions. We sit at home terrified for the future and dr spence was too rushed to explain the issues and process. As a doctor, it reinforces how not to treat a patient.

Ms. McKinney is impersonal, abrupt, avoids answering questions, and when you do ask a question she responds with an eye roll and a sigh as if you were bothering her and she is annoyed. If you go here, see a doctor, avoid Ms. McKinney. When I complained about her behavior, I was sent a registered letter telling me that I was no longer a patient, that my follow up appt. to see Dr. Spence was cancelled and to go find another urologist. Bring back human interaction! If you like to check in to your appointment through a computer screen (like the one at Wawa) and the lack of human interaction, then this is the Urologist office for you. I was a patient of one of the doctors (who I liked) for 10 years however, the changes made in the office and for patient care and interaction where negative ones that lacked compassion. Never seen such impersonal staff. Calling to make an appointment when you go to the office sit on hold for 20 mins.
