I just got back from a cruise with my kids and John made the trip to and from the port a wonderful stress free experience. John surprised us on the day of departure with a limo! He even helped us navigate inside the terminal when we arrived. John was there waiting for us before we got off the ship! He definitely went above and beyond!

John was amazing from start to finish answering all questions, confirming drop offs and pickups and being early for our scheduled ride to and from the cruise port. He was able to fit all 9 of us with our luggage and we can’t wait to use him again in the future.
