It is conveniently close to three Garden State Parkway exits (exit 117, 114 and 109). It is the gym of choice for multiple towns in the area including Middletown, Holmdel, Hazlet and Union Beach. The facility has been both expanded and renovated since it was first opened.

Great gym! Very open layout of gym. Has plenty of free weights, machines and cardio.
The AC here is a joke. Not existent. Extra hot. Set up is nice but no AC what’s so ever
Be careful when joining this gym. I've been here a few years now and they have "accidentally" double billed me about 5-6 times over the years. They make it an extreme hassle to get the money refunded back too.
