A very long time ago, Muran helped me pick out a hookah & was very patient & helpful & kind. Still have & use the hookah. Very good selection, very good service.
I was initially happy because it's two minutes from my house and the hours are awesome. The guys are extremely helpful and friendly. Couldn't be happier!
As a customer for years, this gem has always been reliable! I've always found the employees & owner to be perfectly attentive! Convenience is an understatement, and the shop is a pleasure from niche to necessity. With no pressure from entry to exit, you truly feel like you're the one in mind! I know what I want before I go in, but when you feel invited to window shop, you're bound to walk out with a little extra! Be well, always!
Thankfully, Moran was working tonight when I got there, & as usual, he had his helpful and positive attitude on display while I was shopping. Here's an example... I'm a frequent flyer customer that decided to pay cash tonight instead of my usual debit/credit card transaction. Aside from always greeting me by name whenever I walk in the store... Without me even asking him to do it, Moran had the receipt emailed to me by the time I arrived home. U Da Man Brother!
