Wife was visiting NJ from out of state. She booked a trip. One hour before departure, they cancelled the trip. The reason given was mechanical issues (starter). She came home disappointed and expected to get a refund. Company is refusing to refund money, only offering a voucher for another trip this year. We live in Pennsylvania and she works for the school district. She won't be able to return to the jersey shore until the summer of 2026. Voucher is only good this year. Company won't budge.
THANK YOU FOR THIS AMAZING TRIP! So much fun and we got to see 2 different whales, a rainbow and a beautiful sunset.
Had a wonderful Sunday with the Jersey Shore whale watching tour. We took a decision to spend our Sunday going out to watch. And I will say this time around we had fun all through, saw hump back whales diving in and out. The whole crew was super nice and helpful, informative and very friendly all across. Recommend a visit to go out to the sea and be with nature see the whales Five stars to this one
Crew member was extremely rude and took us 3 hours to see one whale in which we were attempting to see when the crew member was rude and asked my family and I if we knew how to speak English. Miss belmar is way better in terms of sightseeing, service, and overall better
saw two whales! great experience🩵 the staff was so welcoming :) definitely recommend for anyone looking for a fun family outing in new jersey
