SCAMMERS We booked a tour in April of this year. We had to cancel the tour the next day of the booking due to a family medical situation. It took several calls and multiple emails for them to refund us 65% of the money. It took 2 more months of calling and emailing for them to respond today with an email saying that they won’t refund the 35% they kept.
Wish I could post videos because the photos don’t do it justice - this was one of my favorite things I’ve done in a long time. Truly an unforgettable experience. Bill and his team are dedicated to and passionate about what they do. Was amazed to see these beautiful creatures up close and learn so much. If you’re wondering if you should, just buy your tickets now. You won’t regret it.
Originally had gotten tickets for one of these whale watching tours in August of 2023 when my partner and I were visiting family in NJ. I wish I didn't have to give them a low rating because the crew on the day of our tour was absolutely lovely. We didn't end up seeing whales so we got complimentary tickets for December that same year when we'd be visiting again. The tour got cancelled the day of for weather reasons.
