Our experience at University Radiology Group in Metuchen, NJ recently was absolutely seamless beginning with scheduling as a first time patient to the actual testing done at the center. The staff was friendly, professional, thorough & diligent. Jay the tech that worked with my husband was top notch! Will continue to go to this center.
I have been using this group for at least 10 years now. The staff has always been courteous and professional. I get registered and seen quickly, even when it is a walk in. I would recommend this place, and have to anyone.
The office staff at this imaging center are very rude to patients. I walked in and the woman behind the desk acted like I was the worst imposition to her day. Then I went for a pelvic ultrasound and the DMS was rude, short tempered and hateful. She did not explain to me what was going to happen and proceeded to immediately push with force on my already bloated bladder from drinking 32 oz of water. I will choose another imaging office. Hate this place.
