I was a patient for years. I required open heart surgery last year and immediately after recovery had to come to PA for my safety due to covid. My daughter is a Healthcare worker in Cape May. I am in ridiculous back pain and have called 4 days in a row, with the weekend in between to have my records faxed to a new doctor. They have not returned my calls and the new doctor can not schedule me until he sees my MRI. My blood pressure has been elevated because of pain levels and they just don't care.

The last three scheduled visits have been very stressful and unprofessional. They scheduled me for the Somers Point address then said it was a mistake. They would not take me into their Cape May Court House office that day but said they would call. They didn’t. They texted me and said they would call on Thursday. I waited all day and they did not contact me. When they finally contacted me on Friday I was on the last day of my medication and stressed about whether I should wait or call my PCP. I’m so grateful to Jersey Shore Pain Management. The lady Doctor( I believe was Dr Hewlett) that treated me was very professional. Def felt I was being treated by and expert. She was familiar with the type of pain from my two total hip-replacement and back. I’m very pleased with their services. And again thankful to everyone there. The staff was excellent too. I was worried I was not gonna be able to see the Doctor for weeks but the lady on the phone (Brianna I think was her name) was wonderful. The next day she returned my ... read more

I was really disappointed in Alice Jones. She ordered an MRI for my neck and did not even review it with me. When I “reminded” her to read it she skimmed over it so fast that she missed that I had a serious issue. Aren't doctor’s supposed to read your chart before you enter the room? When I told her I was not happy with that she told me to find another doctor. Isn’t that an abuse of power? I was also being billed for urine test I never took.
