I needed to cancel a consultation due to an upcoming insurance change, and it took literally 19 phone calls to do so. The answering service (or person?) kept hanging up on me, and it would say that it would prompt me for a voicemail, but it never would. Phone visit. His call was a bit later than scheduled but I took it as waiting in office but at home. Everything handled professionally, and sent over scripts plus add otc. Office staff very helpful
