I placed an order for flowers from this florist and received a text the morning of that they do not deliver to the location I had requested. I did not see the text and called to make an edit to the order. Chris answered the call and said my order was refunded to which I responded saying “oh ok i am just seeing the text stating my order could not be fulfilled” to which he made a snarky remark saying “check your texts next time”… rude, I understand they could not ship to the address I provided but did not appreciate his rudene... read more
I can't say enough wonderful things about this florist. I called them at the 11th hour to make up an arrangement for a friend of mine for her birthday. They made a beautiful arrangement at the last minute. And they were delivered in less than 1 hour. Thank you so much 💓
I am a long time customer, unfortunately after my last interaction i wont be purchasing from them anymore. They delivered our flowers a week and a half early. While they were beautiful they ruined the surprise by being early. Normally this wouldn't bother me but Rick, the owner was less than kind over the phone. When I asked for a refund he said he would refund me half or pick up the flowers and redeliver next week. When i asked for a full refund he yelled at me over the phone and called me profane words.
