From the time I entered the Rio Grande branch, we were greeted by 2 friendly tellers and the branch manager Steve Petti. We needed Mr.Petti’s help. He was friendly, professional and extremely informative. He guided us through the entire process. I am member with a different credit union and it was my first time depositing with a partner credit union. I called both my credit union and Jersey shore to confirm I’d be able to make the deposit prior to my visit. When I arrived they were unable to make the deposit based on the info I provided.
