UPDATE: every time I call customer service they say there is nothing they can do the security issues are on MasterCard side. Then I call MasterCard and they say the fraud alerts are on your side. Do not join this Bank due to the card company they use you will get a fraud alert all the time and you will be embarrassed and stop at registers all the time for daily limits. Every transaction within our own town is being flagged as a fraud alert. We constantly have trouble with these debit cards there is always issues. Save yourself the time and go to another Credit Union
