I left without any service. Worst experience in my life with rude and unprofessional owner. She was not aware of what I called and scheduled. I told her I told the guy exactly that wanted color, highlights, and cut. She then told me she is only one there and no guy works there. I pushed the fact and she said maybe Jim the next room barber answered phone trying to help.
