Call me anytime to hear of my horrible experience with Al Perez at Jersey Mortgage on how I was charged 7 points the day before my closing on a $100K loan. I will explain in detail how I was screwed by this company. I'll tell you how Al Perez also didn't lock the rate until the day before the closing so I couldn't back out of the deal or risk losing my $10K deposit.
