This was my first time at this location and I have to say I was so disappointed. The ABQ locations are so much friendlier and the quality is extremely better. All of our sandwiches were wrong, the steak was completely dry and tough, one had no cheese, one had no dressing, the buffalo chicken had so much sauce that it was on the outside and leaked all over the bag and had to be eaten with a fork and even though we asked for Xtra blue chz it had none. It's good
This place was exceptional!! The manager ran this store like it was his own. He was very affable. Did a great job not only with his customers, but also his staff. The staff was very courteous, respectful, and tentative to all customers. Something you don’t see anymore. I would give this place 10 stars if possible. Thanks to you all.
Six staff members, six people in like and not one of them was helping anyone in line. Just working on an online order. After five minutes the women in front said “is anyone going to help us” they replied that they had a big order they had to finish.
