Location: Hartford, WI Jersey Mike’s at noon on a Tuesday for carry out order for 4 people , worst possible experience, they couldn’t get the order right and didn’t take us one at a time, to get the order right. Inexperienced workers, but still not an excuse to not listen to your customer. We’ve been to other locations, but this one is not run well, horrible experience. Would not recommend. Train your employees. Listen to your customers, one at a time, not Mike’s way, the customers’ way.
I work for Door Dash and get orders for the Hartford location constantly. Each time I do I am greeted with friendliness and smiles. If my order is not ready, which most times it already is (they are very fast) they give me an ETA. I appreciate every Associate I have encountered in this location. The customer service is top notch and the manager has a lot to do with that. I love getting dashes here.
I was waiting in Hartford, WI for 15 minutes for them to tell me they didn't have enough bread... really, lol! Why didn't you just tell me this in the beginning?
