I work for Door Dash and get orders for the Hartford location constantly. Each time I do I am greeted with friendliness and smiles. If my order is not ready, which most times it already is (they are very fast) they give me an ETA. I appreciate every Associate I have encountered in this location. The customer service is top notch and the manager has a lot to do with that. I love getting dashes here.
I was waiting in Hartford, WI for 15 minutes for them to tell me they didn't have enough bread... really, lol! Why didn't you just tell me this in the beginning?
Mike's Chicken Cheese Steak is actually spicy. It was tasty and made me sweat. Good Job. "Dine In" is just carry out without leaving, no presentation. Hope the padio is set up soon.
We had to order for an event and they were so great to work with. Would recommend for events or for a quick meal!
