Great food and nice workers, BUT I don't know if it's company policy or what but twice now they haven't actually started making my sandwiches until I get there. There's a reason we order ahead online. With a newborn and a toddler we do not want to wait 20 minutes inside, trust us it's for our sanity as well as everyone else's. We really just need our sandwiches ready by the time quoted or a couple minutes after, NOT started after I check in at the counter at the time they should have been ready... Third times the charm
I don't know why i keep going back.. sure it's amazing when it's actually made right.. but almost every time I go in they mess my over 20 dollar sub up.. I honestly don't understand how hard it is to just put meat lettuce and bread together. 3 ingredients.. that's it.. but this time they decided to add cheese and definitely decided not to do the extra unless they recently cut portions substantially.. I'm tired of having to go nack and get it fixed. Please please train your employees to read the order out loud or something be... read more
