Very unprofessional service, acted like they didn’t even want us there
I spent over $60 today and when I got home, I realized my order was wrong. The substitutions that were made weren’t even listed correctly on the bag, so I had no idea what had been changed until I got home. This is the second time this has happened, and it’s extremely frustrating to pay that much money and not get what I ordered. Unfortunately, after giving them another chance and having the same issue happen again, I won’t be coming back.
They don't clean proper in there and always got attitudes it really be a hit or miss I rather mine my business and go somewhere else it's crazy you have to tell people that that's not sanitary than catch attitudes when you spending your money ‼️‼️‼️‼️
I visited this Jersey Mike's on June 10, 2026, at approximately 5:11 PM, and it was one of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant in quite some time. The staff's attitude was disappointing from the moment I walked in. Customer service was lacking, and employees appeared more interested in standing around than assisting customers or maintaining the store. 1 customer was in the store seated. 2 young men completely ignored me as I stood there so I had to say that I was ready to order. The 1 young man slowly wiping down the counter said I’d have to wait because he was making a sandwich that came first … but he was just cleaning the counter.
