Wasn't acknowledged when I walked in for order pickup. I had to ask one of the other workers for assistance as the one doing the pick up orders didn't even acknowledge I was there. Order was supposed to be ready at 12:03. I arrived at 12:07 and my order wasn't ready until 12:27. I understand that the time is an estimate but 20 minutes is insane especially when you have people coming for break. That is the point of order ahead. I ordered a sandwich to go last night and got home and realized they gave me the wrong sandwich. They added mushrooms to my sandwich and I'm allergic to mushrooms. VERY DISAPPOINTED. My son thought the sandwich was delicious. Guess I should have checked before leaving
I've never been so obsessed with jersey mikes before. Excellent food and always get my wrap right.
Tonight the crew was super amazing my sandwich was perfect. Just the entire trip was amazing
