I wish I could give them 10 stars! This franchise owner clearly hired the best young people to deal with high volume intake at all hours of the day! The most professional and courteous people gave us the best service and sandwiches that they can come up with after a huge rush almost wiped them out. They still came through and gave us the best customer service and sandwiches I can ask for. I will be coming back and I encourage everybody to give them a chance. Had a steak & cheese today that was absolutely delicious. Jersey Mikes along with all the other businesses in Dolphin Plaza deserve some slack as they have remained opened and operational after 2 major hurricanes and than a devastating fire, I am sure that their scheduling is difficult to predict not only with the weather but in a plaza that many believe is fully closed, which is not the case. Please know that the majority of us see this and understand that wait times may be different based on demand and lunch hours.
I feel bad for the workers. Came in the other day and saw only two girls working a huge rush! having two workers run a rush is unprofessional and bad for both parties. The poor girls looked like they were struggling bad! Will not eat here again until the higher ups or whoever is in charge gets this place staffed properly!
Only 2 girls working so we had to wait about 30 min in line. Not happy about them taking online orders and making them while you have 20 people inside your store waiting in line.
2 hour wait. No communication. Waiting by the mobile order rack and they completely ignore you while continuing to serve the in-house orders. I politely let them know i was here to pick up and they served 10 more people in line. I understand if they are understaffed or simply less efficient but communication is the bare minimum. Went in for a refund. No apology. No words at all. The time spent giving me a refund could have made two cold sandwiches.
