I had an Uber eats meal that didn't allow me to do the customization that I wanted to. So I called the store and Rachel was so sweet and kind and she sent this cute little bottle of olive oil and vinegar for me and it made my night! She is so sweet and pleasant on the phone! Job well done Rachel!
This is a great place. Great employees
I'm a little disappointed with my experience. The tables were dirty, and there were no customers waiting when I walked in, so there is no reason the tables should have been dirty. My sandwich was terrible, see pic. However, it's my 1st time having a bad sandwich from Jersey Mike's, and the staff was very friendly and nice, which is why I gave 3 stars and not lower.
