Thought I would give you guys one more chance, and the experience was once again a huge disappointment and waste of money. Sandwiches delivered with almost every single topping missing. Tomatoes missing, banana peppers missing, pickles missing, oil and vinegar missing, salt and oregano missing. I literally paid $35 for you to send lettuce and onion sandwiches.
Sandwich was delicious as always.
Hands down the best subs. Perfect amount of seasoning, oil, and even the optimal amount of shredded lettuce (which for some reason is very difficult for some restaurants to accomplish)

I love the sandwiches at Jersey Mike's Subs and normally the service is very good. During my last visit, they asked if I wanted to use my rewards points for the sandwiches. When I tried to use them, it did not work correctly. The employee called who I assume was the manager, and the response I received was basically that I needed to know how to do it myself rather than them helping me through the process.
