Update 8/1: Check your sandwiches before you leave if you do an online/app order. They fixed it for us and the girl my husband talked to was super nice about it but still, there’s no middle man so this shouldn’t be a common issue with online/app orders. They made a hot honey Chicken but put onions on it again (I marked no onions and put it in the comment section) and they didn’t add the bacon. Second time this has happened - put specific notes on how I would like my sub to be made. They completely ignored my request. On top of that they forgot the bacon that comes with the sub.
I love Jersey Mikes. The subs are great but make sure to check your sub before leaving this location. You have a 80% chance of getting you online order right. Last week I had ordered a Hot Honey Chicken Cheese steak sub with No Onions because my husband can’t have onions and they gave us a regular cheese steak smothered in onions but he didn’t realize it until he got home.
