I've been to several Jersey Mike's and their sandwiches are generally above average. This was our first visit to the Monument location and it was a disappointment. We ordered the Portabella Cheese Steak and were initially delighted at the piping hot, juicy and delicious steak. Mushrooms were scarce but tasty and the roll held up to the fixin's. They made a delicious and fresh Philly!
Dirty tables, dirty floors and the workers are all standing around doing nothing. They wear gloves but witnessed the workers touching everything and feeding themselves from the condiment bar all with the same gloves on. It was gross
They are usually out of tea or ice. Got our order to go because there was no ice, and we don't drink pepsi products. Ordered 2 philly cheesesteaks. Got home with chicken. We don't eat chicken. Gross. The tables inside are all dirty every time we go in there. Worst Jersey Mike's we have seen. *******update: giving this place another try. Only one other customer here. No clean tables, as usual.
