The sandwiches are always good, but goodness, the employees are so rude. Consistently rude every time that I go in. Things were better when they first opened but the service is deteriorating quickly.
There was no changing table in the bathroom, so I had to change my kids diaper on one of the dining tables, where people eat. Not to mention there were no clean tables, they all had crumbs left on them. If you don’t like that I changed my babys diaper on your table, then install a changing table in the bathroom! I thought it’s the law to have one!
Food was pretty good i got the hot Italian but the sanitation and cleanliness of store and employees are pretty questionable? I also work for jersey mikes and i know how employees and store should be. Headphones while making food?? Handwashing??? Too much toppings? No show (bog pop things like that??) also cleanliness of front line and lobby wasn’t good.
