My husband picked up our order. No problem. They do not offer a senior discount but did give military discount, no proof required. We each had the Philly Cheesesteak. ALL bread, mostly cheese, very little beef, very little onions. I did fin about an 1/8th inch slice of green pepper. We each tossed the top half of the bread. Both of us felt ill all night.

I purchased two sandwiches on 3/7/26. When I got home, one sandwich contained very little meat. I went online and reported my issue and I didn’t receive a response. A few days later I received a customer satisfaction survey from corporate and I reported my issue, asking for the Franchisee to contact me. Once again, crickets! I was hoping to resolve my issue directly with the local store and corporate. Unfortunately, I find my only option is to post a negative review.
I’ve always felt that I got what I paid for at Jersey Mike’s until I found this location. Thanks but no thanks.
