I don’t think whoever made my sub had worked at a fast food place before. She was extremely rude when I asked for another piece of bread that wasn’t smushed or brown (too hard to enjoy) and she didn’t put enough meat or cheese on it. I’ve worked at jersey mikes before and she put probably 6 slices on a giant sub. The person who put all the topping had acted like they’ve never done it before. This Jersey Mike’s has really gone downhill. The portions—especially the roast beef—have become noticeably smaller. My sandwich had what looked like a single slice of roast beef folded over, very little cheese, and more lettuce than anything else. The tuna sandwich also had a minimal amount of tuna. For the price, we expect sandwiches to be made properly, with a fair and consistent portion of meat. Even the oil and red wine vinegar were off today—the ratio just wasn’t right. Just like the other reviews - terrible customer service and lack of cleanliness ! The “manager” was cleaning the leftover lettuce /toppings off the the station and topped the dirty toppings in the bins again!! Disgusting! Then they didnt want to a honor a coupon they acknowledged after making the sub! the manager said the sub wont go to waste!!! what the heck! So glad I walked out and now im waiting for a call back from corporate! First & Last time at this location.
