I waited so long for the chicken salad to come back… ordered from this location yesterday and was WIDELY disappointed. The chicken salad looked and tasted like it came straight out of the can. There was ZERO mayo mixed into it. Sorta gross actually. Won’t be going back to this location again.
I wish they would at least answer the phone and put you on hold instead of just ignoring or taking it off the hook. They said they didn’t answer the phone bc they were slammed but what they didn’t know is I tried calling again while in the store and the cashier was just standing around waiting for another sub to be made by the other sub makers is just standing there doing nothing while the phone continued to ring. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a Jersey Mike’s. The employees were unfriendly and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. There was no greeting, no effort to be welcoming, and the overall attitude was disappointing. The restaurant itself appeared dirty and poorly maintained, which immediately raised concerns about the level of care being taken. Unfortunately, the food matched the experience. Ordered a BLT from the app and got it home and it had no tomatoes. My wife’s order was wrong as well. I called the store and was told they had a supplier issue and had been out of tomatoes for a few days. I asked if it would be a good idea to disclose that before I took home an order I expected to be correct with 1/3 of the ingredients missing. Will never go back.
