This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a Jersey Mike’s. The employees were unfriendly and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. There was no greeting, no effort to be welcoming, and the overall attitude was disappointing. Ordered a BLT from the app and got it home and it had no tomatoes. My wife’s order was wrong as well. I called the store and was told they had a supplier issue and had been out of tomatoes for a few days. I asked if it would be a good idea to disclose that before I took home an order I expected to be correct with 1/3 of the ingredients missing. Will never go back.
