Every time I go it takes forever to get back out. The staff always seems clueless, unhelpful, no urgency, and unorganized. I was really excited to get this location added to our area, but it’s more frustrating than anything.
The service was not good.They were not informative nor seem patient with a new customer
Horrible and rude staff! Refused to serve me today because they alleged they were too backed up with online orders. I offered to do an online order and was also persuaded to not do that either. I asked for manager name and was told, “well he is here” so apparently management supports rude behavior.
Such a hardworking group of staff, I love visiting every time! They are SO dedicated to their jobs and making the customer experience positive!
The “regular” size is slightly bigger than a mini at this location, horrible portion size for $12
