Andrew has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD NEVER recommend this place while he is working there. Horrible.
everytime i go here my hot sub is always cooked poorly, most recently i ordered doordash and got a #26 with no changes at all, but they delivered me a sub with only chicken and cheese when it comes with bacon, lettuce, and tomato as well. The sandwich was inedible. It looked disgusting. The meat is a mystery. I ordered no tomatoes and there’s tomatoes. The store called the liquid “oil/juice!” I tried to speak to a manager/supervisor/shift lead over the phone and none were available. I DoorDashed because I was in a hurry getting ready for work. The person that I spoke with offered to re-make the sandwich if I brought it back! I just want my money back.

I was excited to visit this new location, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I placed an order with the gentleman who has a mustache for a Giant #16 Chicken Philly. I specified exactly what I wanted on it. After waiting a while, the lady preparing the food called my name.
