I placed my order online and it said that it would be ready at 5:59pm. I arrived on time and they had not started on my order which was 3 sandwiches. After waiting for almost 20 minutes and asking about my order multiple times they finally told me it was ready. I watched 5 different people come in with multiple orders and receive their food while I waited. The gentleman told me that someone had taken my order and they had to reprint my ticket. Preordered 2 subs through the app at this location and arrived three minutes before they were supposed to be finished. I was not greeted at all at the store, nor was I asked what my name was. I sat around for twenty minutes waiting for my order to be placed in the pick-up/online section. Everybody, this restaurant is the best. They Served me a Perfect amount of everything I ordered. I usually rate Jersey Mike’s a four star, but this one is a five. I like big subs and I cannot lie. I am nine years old and I love Jersey Mike’s.
