My daughter and I had the worst grilled veggie sandwich here- ever!!! First off, they removed the much loved GRILLED Portobello Mushroom Swiss that was on their menu. Many people who were not even vegetarians loved it. So we asked for them to make one with grilled veggies, no meat, no cheese, no jalapeños. In drive thru going on 35+ mins of waiting. Started as 3rd car, finally got to the window, and after taking another order, I told the gal at the window that this was the longest I've ever had to wait for a regular sandwich, and she shut the window in the my face. Do better!
A fine sandwich, but the wait in the drive thru was maddening. How can a sandwich take SO long to make? I was the only car in the line and it still took over 20 minutes for me to my food. Jimmy John's usually takes like 3 minutes. Bewildering. The guy at the window was kind, but the abysmal pace of service should require at least a warning. Maybe don't run a drive thru if you can't give people food within a reasonable time frame
We love JM but we were the ONLY people in the store and our wait for our food was almost 45 minutes. They only had two employees working at the time and a third joined because by the 20 minute waiting mark there was a big line. At least 5 people got their orders before we did. Employees looked so miserable and barely made eye contact with anyone. I’m not sure we’d ever come back to this location. Anywhere else is faster and the food is better.
Went on very chill day. Watched 10 sandwiches get made before my sandwich. Will never go back
