Ordered takeout for my bday and I got treated like a thief. I went in and said I was picking up for (my name) and they asked for my last name which usually never happens. The other order did not have the same first name as me either. I looked past it because at least they’re making sure I am actually the person it belongs to, but I was missing a drink so I told her and she looked at me blankly and said “can I see your receipt?” It was just in a tone that didn't sound very friendly. every time I have went to this location they are so nice so quick and efficient even when they are busy and always take the time to make sure we get what we wanted and are very nice and polite
