Came by 25 minutes before close, and was told there were no hot subs because the grill was shut off. I’ve also been told a different time that they shut the grill off 15 mins before close. I just would like some consistency.
Love the New Jersey Mike's brand! Although the customer service at this location can use better training they are not people friendly and take offense when no offense is intended, especially with a employee name Trent to be too overly reactive and sensitive. Especially knowing New Jersey Mike's was built on friendly innuendos.
