I visited this Jersey Mike’s location in Lincoln, RI and had a very upsetting experience. I ordered two sandwiches, including a Philly cheesesteak. I was told it would take about 5 to 10 minutes due to cooking time, which I understood. However, I ended up waiting over 30 minutes and my order was still not completed. During that time, another customer who ordered the same sandwich came back after receiving the wrong order.
