Ordered a sandwich for delivery and it was hours late. Called Jersey mikes and the girl was very rude on the phone and just blew me off and blamed it on grub hub. I get that it’s the drivers fault but she was very rude and not helpful at all. I’ll be going somewhere else from now on. News flash rich kid, you’re in customer service. Be nicer
I stopped by Jersey Mike’s today around 3 PM and had an awesome experience. The food was, as always, fresh and delicious, exactly what you hope for when you’re craving a great sub. But what really stood out was the staff. Everyone behind the counter was incredibly friendly and genuinely personable.
