Good friendly service and food was as expected
When this store first opened the chicken Philly sandwich had a good amount of meat and peppers. Now, under the new owners, there’s barely any meat or peppers. The flavor of the meat is good, but it tastes like I’m eating a cheese sandwich due to the lack of meat. Also, since the workers have to weigh everything now the service is slower!
The food here was really good. The BEST part of my visit was your employee, Nick! He was so friendly, engaging, and helpful. You know a lot of restaurants have comparable food, prices and atmospheres, but what will keep a customer coming back, is the customer service received. Just Nick's customer service alone will have me returning!!
I placed an online order for this location, and paid $21 for my food, but it was not made. The cashier said they been having internet issues, which I know is true because I could not use my phone inside the store. Cashier spoke to a manager, however he never spoke with me to resolve the issue. I will not be returning to this location.
Everyone is so nice. I love the Englewood location.
