Bread is always hard and over cooked !!!! Makes it hard to chew as well as hurting the roof of my mouth !!! , this is not the jerseys mikes I’m Used too this location just burning bread or leaving it out
Almost feel bad leaving this review because they all seem like very nice and hardworking kids but no guidance. Very slow service and it was icky to see our sandwiches prepared on the counter top where they keep their pens and papers instead of on the wrap. Ps. We did not order online. We ordered and had to sit down for more than 30 minutes to get our food. Either way, this place is not for us. Too many things that I didn’t bother mentioning went wrong, including hygiene.
Walked in unfortunately right after some chicks boyfriend (or as she called him- someone she’s just ‘playing around with’ yes I heard her say this) took 10 mins for the staff to stop giggling. There’s about 6 folks working and none acknowledged me. Finally my order was taken. Young man was too busy flirting with another staff member to remember I said LIGHT LETTUCE twice. Great service, quality ingredients, and fair prices. Most sandwich chains give you more bread than meat and topping. ..not at Jersey Mike's.
