Our to go order took over an hour to be ready. Meanwhile multiple people were in and out as walk ins. Definitely do not order to go. Had to get mean to even get them to make our sandwiches which we had already paid for. Disappointed.
I'm close to being done with this sandwich shop. I had been coming here since they opened. It's literally like up the street for my home. The wait times have now become way too long, and the prices are way too high. As a matter of fact, the giant size looks a bit smaller than when they first opened the shop. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. You’ll be angry by the time you get your food. My order tonight took 51 minutes (29 minutes past the pickup time). As someone else said, there were 5 employees who moved at the speed of the earth’s rotation. They could not push an order out. If there was a manager on duty, it was impossible to tell - no one was coordinating or managing. If they are that overburdened by online orders, shut the system down and push some orders out. It was a 45 minute wait for two sandwiches only to have one of our sandwiches forgotten and the order messed up.
