The sandwich was incorrect. Tried to reconcile the issue with the “general manager” with no name tags and zero customer service skills. Notified her that my teenager ordered the sandwich wrong. Kristy the circus leader of confused high schoolers was rude, condescending and told me that my child’s mistake was costing her money. Refused to fix and was made to leave store. Will never give her or “her store” another dollar. Will also call the health inspector because the restaurant looked like a bomb exploded in it.
If you have never been here ask questions they don't explain anything and automatically assume you have been before the food was was really good prices are fair. The men's room was not clean, out of soap and paper towels I did notify the staff and they refilled the soap and paper towels. I would go back but I feel they could use some improvement.
Nobody loves a great sub sandwich more than me and man do they make a GREAT sub! It's too bad though out of the 3+ people behind the counter today July 10th, the woman with dark hair avoided taking our order so one of the 2 guys took charge and finally asked what we are having. There was nobody else in line at the time so it's not like she was busy, it's as if she was avoiding having to take an order or make a sandwich. Bizaare to say the least. My sister enjoyed the Italian hoagie (we're from Philly, I think that they call them Subs here), and I enjoyed my Philly style steak sandwich! Both were delicious!
