Tyrone and Luis helped us out and they did a great job. We’re very friendly and made us feel at home even though we were visiting family and we were out of town.
This locations tends to be busy however the quality and service are top notch. Entire staff tends to be super cool. Ty and Kay are standouts and give it that "everybody knows your name, and they're all so glad you came" type vibe. They always remember to label your multiple orders. I pre-ordered, like I always do on my lunch break because I have limited time to eat. I was there ON-TIME to pick up my food. I not only told the employee my name, but he also asked me to show him my order on the phone. He looked at the bags on the counter and proceeded to tell me it wasn't ready yet. After waiting for 10 minutes, I went back to the counter and asked about my order. The same guy at the counter said it still hadn't been made, and he asked the cook about the sandwich. Great bread and shredded lettuce sandwich. After four bites I noticed something strange and then realized it was roast beef. Not much roast beef, but enough so they couldn't be sued for falsy advertising a roast beef sub.
The people are very nice, the food is always good, and they speak English and Spanish!
