Tonight we received the worst service anywhere in a long time, we had to constantly repeat ourselves and they still managed to repeatedly mess up our sandwiches, they were too busy talking to each other and about stuff you shouldn't talk about in front of customers, kept stopping and talking after asking us what we wanted and then proceeded to make the sandwiches wrong

Two days ago I came here for the first time and it was so good that I’m back again today and tried a new sub. This one is even better than the last one and I will be back again soon to use coupon I got for donating five dollars during the month of giving. Great place!
A truly terrible experience. They need to fix their mobile order system entirely. Even when they aren’t busy a mobile order takes 45 minutes minimum because they have a “pick up time” that you have no control over. It would be faster to wait in line and order which makes no sense at all. Ordered one sandwich online and arrived 35 minutes later just for them to say it won’t be ready for another 10 minutes when there were no other customers in the store. This wonderful worker hannah gave me one of the greatest sandwhiches ive ever had a chipoltle chicken cheese stake with swiss and i love the way she left me with have a blessed day it really left me with a fantastic sense of satisfaction
