Not sure what it is about any Jersey Mikes but I yet have gotten anything that I did not like. Besides Firehouse Subs these are the only 2 Sub shops I will eat at. Everything is always fresh and the subs are always made perfect and always tasty. If Jersey Mikes and Firehouse Subs keeps their standards high they will stay in business for a long time.
