I've ordered two veggie sandwich bowls recently through a third party delivery app. Both times, the ingredients I've selected don't appear to come through to the restaurant, and there are missing toppings. That aside, the quality of bowls received leave a lot to be desired - sparse ingredients, mushy tomatoes, and a lot of lettuce filler. Other nearby locations don't skimp on the toppings. I'll pass on this one going forward.

Solid location in the Alliance area. Probably the best one. Maybe a close comparison to the Herritage Trace location.
My favorite sandwich shop out of all the chains. The quality of food surpasses all the others. My only complaint is that they wont let me buy just the bread, while other locations will let me buy it.
don't make your delivery drivers wait too long for our orders. offer a drink too if it's taking long. terrible customer service
