Went during a good lunch rush, they were very organized and attentive. Everything looked and tasted fresh. They were continuously cleaning the kitchen and bathroom was clean. They were out of a couple of the fountain drinks, I can't remember which ones. There was also a wait on warm subs but I feel like that is normal. I had a gluten free sandwich and they utilized the proper care and attention to keeping it separate but not making me wait forever.
My first Jersey Mike’s experience was simply phenomenal, nothing short of it. I had the number 55 and it was so good, I went and ordered another. I was assisted by many workers who were super friendly and I even got to know them. Aden Baylor was incredibly friendly and made me comfortable in the establishment. Incredible service, Jacky and Aden helped us down the line and were very helpful and supportive. Bryan is phenomenal on the grill. I had a 42 and it was incredible, so good I went back and got a number 8 and it was executed to perfection, juicy tomatoes, crunchy bacon. I was astonished by the friendliness of the staff and the overall positive atmosphere it seemed like a welcoming family rather than a workplace. Ordered advertised special, reg #2, chips, and drink and store did not honor promotion stating they forgot to remove poster. Ate in and poster is still up.
