Ordered 3 subs using the app last Friday evening. App said it would be ready about 7:45pm. I got there around that time. The order hadn't been started yet. Had to wait a good 15 minutes for the order to be started and finished with workers forgetting why I was there and if I need help. I was the only person in the store the whole time. We get home and start eating the subs. We were given raw meat on our Philly sandwiches......
This was HALF of the chicken bacon ranch we got. The other half looked exactly the same. All bread. Reached out to company directly and have not heard back.
They always good to me and the food is awesome and healthy. Great place to eat
Busy shop at lunch time. Friendly staff. Attention to detail wasn't great but I believe they were doing the best they could given the volume of sandwiches they were building.
Gosh I hate to do this, because I hate leaving bad reviews. I love jersey mikes and most of the staff is great. There's a young guy who is absolutely phenomenal and I have absolutely zero complaints with him. But I am so tired of mobile ordering and waiting an additional 30 minutes in the store. I mobile order and wait 30 minutes past my promise time, meanwhile everyone who walked in is being served before mine even starts being prepared.
