It was very busy but they handled it well!
Ordered food online in the parking lot that was empty at 7:55 at night. Waited the 16 minutes they said it would take to make it a sub and a bowl. Went it to pick it up and said oh I guess someone took your order...so let's try this again. 10 minutes later I went in to check on the food....both employees were just standing there doing absolutely nothing. I asked where the food was and they said they were "working on it" except they were doing absolutely nothing. Totally unexceptable and I should have been refunded my order. ... read more
The employee was rude and dismissive to other customers.
We couldn't order once we saw how filthy the floor was. If they can't pick up after themselves, what is the food like??
