Had to change my review. I love the subs. But for the love of god please hire more competent people. i went in about a week ago on my lunch break. mind you it was around 7:15ish i get a 45 so my break ends at 8. i order my sandwich to be ready by the time i get there so i can just go back to work and enjoy my sandwich before my lunch if over. i walk in and theres a massive line with 1 woman who looked like she was about to break. she was going as fast as she could with everyone there staring at her. they had one guy on the g... read more
Can’t rate the food. Understaffed and no sense of urgency in those working. Waiting 40 min for sandwiches via mobile order then cancelled and left.
I have ordered from the North Conway store twice. Both times I did not get what I ordered. The first occasion I just kept my mouth shut and ate the sub. The second time I called and told them. They politely refunded my money. I doubt I will give them another shot. They can’t seem to get it right.
I had a great experience here yesterday. The gentleman behind the counter was so welcoming and polite. He went above my expectations when I asked for a gf roll. I told him cross contamination is not a problem for me, but he made sure to use a separate tray, knife, and gloves anyway. All while smiling and chatting with me. Also, the sandwich was delicious.
