The person in front of me had a sandwich made and there were literally flys ON THE Sandwich. The guy making it didn't seem to notice the flys on the Sandwich or bread. I said something only for him to ask the other guy if he wanted Sandwich made. Then I ordered the chicken salad on lettuce. That took about 5 seconds but for 5 minutes the guy making Sandwich was talking to customers he knew that came after me. Took entirely too long for my food to be made. I ordered it online. It was given a specific time did some errands before showed up to pick up my food and still had to wait 30 minutes to get my food. What is the point of ordering online if your food will not be ready at the time they provide this is unacceptable for a business. The people are rude and would not answer my questions only talk to my son it was my first time there and it was my order I will not go there again just because I'm old does not mean you can Disrespect me. I should be able to say what I wanted.My sandwich not keep asking my son how he wanted it.And they knew it was my sandwich.I'm pretty upset about It
My wife and I went in to Jersey Mike’s on 8/30 around 7pm. We go here about once or twice a month and normally the food is good. However last night our bread was stale and very dry. I will have to check that next time before we leave the restaurant.
