Walked in, there was a couple sitting down already eating and no other customers in the building. Really nice guy proceeds to take my order, cuts my bread and then justs stops working for some reason? Then AFTER I already placed my order and all he has done so far is cut my bread, a couple walks in. He asks them if their ready and they say no. Service was poor. Waited 20 minutes after ordering for one person to finish a large order for friends. Spent most of the time chatting. Order was not close to finished after 20 minutes. Two other persons working were wandering around aimlessly. Another couple ordered after we were standing there and the order was started immediately while our order was skipped. Won't be back.

Worst Jersey Mike’s we have ever been to. Sandwhich took 20 minutes. Brown lettuce. Broken equipment. Dirty kitchen. Staff personal items and drinks all over dining tables.
I have always had a good experience coming here. I do only order in person, just because I prefer it that way. The workers are very friendly and seem like a good crew that has fun but works hard at the same time. Keep up the good work and ignore the Kens and Karens that come your way guys! You're doing great!
