Extremely understaffed online order was supposed to be ready at 6:01 pm walked in and they still hadn’t started it. It did not hit the grill till 6:06 pm. Also not busy total of 3 customers. One had their food others did not. Gave this place a second chance still slow service. Food wasn’t ready when I arrived and they didn’t get my order correct they had to go back and remake it. On 3/24/2026, 430pm, we tried this place. Was not greeted. Wife ordered mini Italian and always JM will sub meats for her. Nope, the rude woman charged us 2.50. So, a mini meal cost us $15.41. I had reg tuna. Total was 24.40. Not only expensive, but the rude woman should not be in a position dealing with customers. She didn't greet us but next people she greeted. No gluten free bread.
Went in today and the ladies working were amazing! They all spoke when I walked in, and taking my order was so easy! My first time there and will definitely be back!
