I’m sorry to say I never ate at Jersey Mike’s Subs until today. My sandwich was delicious! I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich with the Rosemary bread and I wish I ordered the full sandwich. The staff were friendly and attentive and took my order as soon as I approached the counter. The music was upbeat and I enjoyed my lunch. Thank you Jersey Mike’s.
The Manger could be alot nicer. I return a cheese steak because of mayo on it. Manager didn't apologize, he said well the Chipotle dressing has Mayo in it. Also under Under his breath he said "them kids" talking about his employees that made the mistake. The manager is an arrogant, no customer service having bleep bleep. Not going thier anymore AT ALL.Other than the manager, I give it 5
Amazing customer service. Mr. Muhammad and his team were extremely helpful. They were very polite i had an issue with my order and they were very quick with helping to fix it. Very thankful for their help. I will definitely be returning!!
Be going there for awhile now and Mo is awesome the food is great ,conversations are just as good for me it's like talking to a Brother from another mother and he knows just about everybody that comes in
If I could give this location 10 🌟, I would. My son's AAU team had a fundraiser and it was so easy to set up and communicate with Mo. The service is always great and the food always hit.
