I placed an order for pick up over 30 minutes ago. I am still standing here waiting. Several others waiting for pick up. How does this even happen? At this point just walking in would’ve been better as they’ve come in and out quickly. This is not okay and is most people’s allotted lunch break time.

I think these kids need some help! 3 employees on a Friday lunch rush, more than 2 dozen orders on queue, impatient delivery drivers asking for their orders, the two girls making sandwiches had no sense of urgency, this place recently opened and already looks messy and dirty. Kudos to the guy with the short curly hair (sorry I didnt catch his name) he prioritized the lobby orders, stood calm and provided the best customer service he could.
Maybe three on the food haven't eaten took to long to get my food. 30 mins
