Good food - fresh and flavorful. Customer in front of me wanted gluten free bread which they were apparently out of. Several times I’ve been in and it appears that they never seem to have enough staff… creating other customers that are waiting for orders to be grumpy, disgruntled and rude. Atmosphere tense. Ordered the #13 Italian at Jersey Mike’s—classic cold sub done exactly right. I added extra vinegar and oregano, swapped provolone, and asked for it Mike’s Way with light mayo. Everything was fresh, layered with precision, and the bread had that perfect balance of soft inside, crisp outside. The line looked long when I walked in, but it moved fast.
