I went to buy a hoagie. I really wanted a turkey hoagie but the meat cutter had left over ham on it so I got a veggie hoagie instead. The young man that made my sandwich was polite and the girl that wrapped it was also. The things I didn't like was the dirty meat cutter and the girl wipping her nose on her arm while she was about to bag my food! food tasted very salted but barely any other taste. yet one sandwich costed 26 USD overall which is way too much.
I almost never review chains or fast food restaurants. But I felt compelled to let the owner know what a good experience I had at this location today 7/16/25 around 3:30 PM. The two young men who were working there were attentive, friendly, professional, and seemed genuinely Interested and content in what they were doing. So I commend the owner because obviously these people were very well trained, but I also believe that these kids are going above and beyond because they take pride in what they do in general. I am gluten free and the workers stopped everything they were doing to change gloves, wipe everything down, put a tray out, and make sure that my gluten free sub didn’t touch anything else. I was so impressed, especially because they were so busy. So happy with the service here!
