Calling corporate office tomorrow..worker lliterally berated me and his fault fir not asking me my condiments then laughed and made jokes with his coworkers as I walked to my car...Hunter is manager and will contacting him...this guy does not belong in the customer service business....I will be filed complaint thru bbb...laugh at that..
Manager, Josh (?), always upbeat & cheerful. Great smile. The other employees seem to mirror his attitude. Love that the meat is sliced fresh for each sandwich and they keep it simple with just the basic veggie toppings. The Mike's way makes the sandwich great. Appreciate that they take extra time to mark which sandwich is which when there is more than one order. And that they wrap the food well. We are getting sandwiches at least once a week and food is consistently good. Facility is always clean.
