Great service from the employees there . However my online order was over 30 minutes late from what was said because the store was not properly staffed . The staff they did have was doing an exceptional job. Do better for your staff’s sake Jersey Mike’s !!! Help them succeed . Again the poor staff that was there working insanely quick and still behind I felt for them. Food was great .
I had a very good experience last week when I visited this Jersey Mike’s location. The store manager served me promptly, asking the appropriate questions to make sure I had a great sandwich. As I ate my meal, I listened to how he greeted his customers. I found him professional, friendly, and pleasantly engaging his customers during a busy lunch hour. At the end of my visit, I complimented him for running a good shop! When I’m back in the area and hungry for a good gluten-free sandwich, I’ll come back to his shop again!
Excellent Customer Service and friendly staff...the food was delicious.
Honestly I’m always coming to this location and it’s always filled with workers, but today there was only One person today Zachary (Who might I added a fantastic job). He made sure take care of the people who are in line 1st and then do the pick up orders. I didn’t mind waiting longer for mine. I had a kind of difficult order, but he said he called his boss three times no answer and the store manager didn’t schedule anybody from that timeframe.
