I love Jersey Mike's cheese steaks. I have had them all over the south east. At so many stores. My absolute favorite sandwich. This Mike's, the steak was way undercooked. It only took cook maybe 2 mins to make it. They did offer to make another and I turned it down. They were not that busy and I did not make a scene. They did refund my money. Issue, they should have never served especially if not busy..he had plenty of time to make it correctly the 1st time.
Simply asked for my bread toasted on my blt never been a problem at any other location but this particular worker seemed to have a problem doing it

I ordered food from here with my family last night. I put in the special interactions “please put as many pickles as possible” cause they have the besttttt pickles!! They gave me an entire tub of pickles on the side and made my entire night!! Seriously, whoever made my order you are the best!
