Jersey Mike's subs are easily my favorite chain sub restaurant. Their cold subs made the Mike's way are great but something about the philly cheesesteak keeps me coming back again and again. Great staff!
I placed an online order that had stated I was pregnant and needed the meat warmed up. When I sent my husband to get the order they had made the order but did not warm the meat. After having been done at other Jersey Mikes. I am baffled that they would rather lose service than accommodate.
They called the police on me and told me to leave because an employee said I "looked"at her in an odd way. I didn't speak to anyone or do anything wrong or illegal or unethical. I shall not return to this location even though I enjoyed the meals. Never got an apology from corporate office.
