*pickup* Cashier looked right past my order.. “we don’t have nothing” & immediately turns his attention away, like come on buddy..
First, I have to apologize that we arrived right at closing (THR 08/14/25) but plane flights were delayed and I lost track of the time. That being said we arrived and the staff was excellent even though they were trying to wrap up and go home. No sparky comments and professionally made our sandwiches, including a "hot" one, to order... Many thanks & kudos to the staff a d the management/owner.

The staff at this location were more interested in talking with each other than servicing the customer. I just received a sandwich with about half the normal meat cheese. It was real apparent they weren’t paying attention to what they were doing And didn’t care.
I’m a new customer to Jersey Mike’s. This is my fourth time going to this chain. And I absolutely love the food. Unfortunately, the trophy club location might’ve been my worst experience. Terrible parking And not only that I go in and order chicken bacon ranch to go. When I got home. The bread was stale , They burnt the bacon and overcooked the chicken.
