Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch and was given beef instead. When I called back, a girl named Savannah answered the phone with “Hello Chick-fil-A” in a completely unprofessional tone. I asked for a manager, and he refused to resolve the issue unless I returned to the store with proof — as if it’s my job to correct your mistakes. I tried to come and order a sub and in the process when nobody else in line I told there was going to be a a huge wait for me to get a warm sub and then when I asked for the name of the employee I was told not your business. I will never be back to this establishment ever
Three out of five of our sandwiches were made incorrectly. Really disappointing.
I was eating at your store at 3510 Coors STE B in Albuquerque on Saturday May 17th at 12 noon. The reason I’m giving you the time and day is because I want you to thank your crew on duty for that day. They were all very professional, very courteous. While the store was slow, and no people were being served. The young lady was cleaning the machines and cleaning the counters.
