The staff here is incredible. My fiancee has an allergy and they cleaned all of their equipment before making her food. The wait was a little bit long, but worth it for this, and the staff proceeded to give me coupons and apologize for the wait. They were amazing and this will be my new main jersey mikes
The service was wonderful, and the restaurant is impeccably clean. My sandwich is here good and on point tailored exactly the way I want them.
Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch and was given beef instead. When I called back, a girl named Savannah answered the phone with “Hello Chick-fil-A” in a completely unprofessional tone. I asked for a manager, and he refused to resolve the issue unless I returned to the store with proof — as if it’s my job to correct your mistakes. I tried to come and order a sub and in the process when nobody else in line I told there was going to be a a huge wait for me to get a warm sub and then when I asked for the name of the employee I was told not your business. I will never be back to this establishment ever
Three out of five of our sandwiches were made incorrectly. Really disappointing.
