I’m Muslim. On 3/31/26 I ordered a Turkey and provolone and watched them make it. They were making multiple sandwiches at once and I’m guessing it got swapped out with another. I got someone else’s ham and provolone sandwich. I’m a Muslim and don’t eat pork. I am trying to reach customer service and even that is difficult.
Excellent quick and friendly service
Wish I could know the quality of the food but they didn’t open their doors and it has been 45min after opening. When approaching the staff to ask when they might open I was greeted with “we will open when we open” at that point I just walked away. Super disappointing and terrible service and terrible business!
The Union Station Jersey Mike’s is probably the slowest I have ever gone to. Orders for each separate person’s sandwich is taken where the bread & meat is all sliced at once. At this Jersey Mike’s they won’t start building your sandwich until everybody’s bread & meat is cut. So enjoy the ambiance everybody! I have also had a random homeless guy get all bent out of shape and threaten me because I was waiting in line to give my order and he wanted to be close to his buddy that was working there so he could get discounted food.... read more
Says open at 10 online and they told me 11:30. Had me waiting and I almost missed my train for nothing.
