Showed up at 8:51 and was told they were closed despite their hours of operations having a closing time 9. Terrible location and a complete waste of time.
Please explain why we waited 25 minutes in line and still didn’t even get our food. We had to leave the line or miss our train. That is insane - do better.

Worst jersey mikes ever!!!!!!!!!!! Chaotic!!!!! Rude!!!!! No order!!!!! Customers given directions that make absolutely no sense!!! They need to fire the 3 rude female employees that were there today and said I had the attitude as the customer when I continued to repeat myself over and over as they continued to not listen or make eye contact or make the order correct!!!!! I ordered two meals!!!! The girl still only rang up the two sandwiches and 1 fountain drink. This store needs an overhaul and streamlining!!!!!!
