I hate to leave a bad review but enough is enough. We are frequent customers of the Avalon Park location and have given this place too many chances. We will be going to the Oviedo location moving forward. Today I was excited to try the new chicken salad, only to get home and find the main ingredient in my sandwich was black pepper. I had to throw it out. It seemed like someone dropped a whole container of pepper in the recipe by accident. Took my wife there for the Nurses Week appreciation sandwich only to be told that the manager said they are not participating. I was also going to buy a meal so they lost that opportunity as well. They also lost me as a customer. I have been an avid customer for a long time but not anymore! Will be taking my business elsewhere. The store was empty when we arrived and left. Prices are crazy also. Went to Publix and received great service and a great sub! Sorry Jersey Mikes, goodbye!
I travel all the United States and love mikes subs they are the best but this store has the worst service of ANY mikes I’ve been in and will never go in this one again
